Management Audit conducts Policy & Procedure making workshop

The Management Audit office conducted a “Policy & Procedure Making Seminar / workshop” last January 18-19 at Function Hall 7th Floor Academic Building.

P & P Seminar/Workshop was attended by administrators and selected employees from different departments of Dasmariñas Campus. The first day of the seminar was allotted to Dr. Nora Puenteblanca, Coordinator of ETEEAP, who talked about “English 101” associated with writing policies, and Mr. Jason Sespeñe, Associate Dean for the College of Informative, who taught the participants the “Flowcharting Basics” for creating visual procedures, followed by “Policies and Procedure Fundamentals” by Ms. Rebecca Calagos, Director of Management Audit.

The last day of the seminar was dedicated to the group activity of participants making their policies and procedures and presenting them to the participants, followed by a productive discussion to improve the works of one another.
